The iTechPlast Annual Get Together was organized at 4th June 2022 a social event for pleasure and enjoyment. It allowed people to stay in touch with one another, make new relationships, and build existing friendships so that we can stay in touch indefinitely. It was at Sarovar Portico, a beautiful property with a naturally beautiful view of victoria Park forest. The event proceeded with fantastic group games, singing, and prize giving. All of the employees and their families brightened the ambience with their presence.

When preparing a annual get together event, you have a lot on your mind: making sure everyone has fun, making sure the setting is comfortable, making sure colleagues are amused and engaged, and hoping that they have the chance to naturally bond.

The major goal of this annual get together was to celebrate our team’s togetherness, improve our commitment to one another, and assist a person to connect with their colleagues so that they may be properly valued and grasp the worth of what they offer.

Everyone saw a distinct aspect of the individuals with whom they work.

At least, this is how it usually goes when you get to know your coworkers outside of the job. We got to know each other not just as colleagues but as people as a result of this event, and it mainly turned into an actual friendship.

This excursion benefited everyone in some manner, and it left everyone well-fueled and calm. Such experiences are memorable and make people happy. And there’s nothing greater than contented coworkers.

We shall cherish these memories for the rest of our lives. We had a great time and participated in good spirits.

We ended the day with food, cocktails, music, and lots of fun.

iTP has recently bought this machine specially used for insert molding of technical, automotive and cosmetic parts. We can produce parts from two different plastic material by over molding. This machine is with rotary table so we can produce parts with parallel injection and mean time inserts to be placed in second core, in this way we can optimize the production. This machine is with closed loop for injection unit, so precision parts with repeatability can produced.

Itech Plast has just acquired a Makino make F Series Vertical Machining Centre with high accuracy for the tool & die making industry. Repeatability & accuracy of the machine across the stroke will be +/- 0.0025mm. Machine is equipped with ATC for fast tool change & through coolant spindle for high accuracy of make a new tool to satisfy customer’s precision accuracy expectation.

Makino make F Series vertical machining centers are designed to provide stiffness and rigidity for chatter-free cutting, agility for high-speed/hard-milling and accuracies for tight-tolerance blends and matches typical of complex, 3-D contoured geometry associated with die/mold and medical production.

This technology advancement will strengthen iTech Plast’s commitment in superior quality and precision plastic parts manufacturing, for which they are known in industry.

following are some of the main advantages of Makino make F Series Vertical Machining Centre:

• Low Spindle Vibration, excellent surface finishing with long cutter R0.5mm length over diameter ration equal to 10.
• Achieving close tolerance on multi-facet geometry

Structure:

F-Series maintains a highly rigid mechanical structure and is ideal for precision die mold machining. It provides twice the mechanical structure rigidity compared to previous design.

Wider column to bed contact area provides efficient cutting force transfer. The X & Z axis motion system support does not have any overhang and maintains a constant workload.

The F-Series mechanical structure is symmetrically designed to achieve better thermal stability. The table is mounted on the Y axis to give further enhance structure symmetry.

Spindle Design and Configuration:

The key to high-speed machining is the spindle, which constitutes the essence of a machining center. Makino’s unique spindle technology is renowned and field proven over the years for it’s accuracy and reliability in the high speed machining application.

The 12,000 min spindle is supported by four angular contact hybrid bearings at the spindle front which provide enormous rigidity and superior heavy-cutting performance. Equipped with jacket cooling, the thermal growth of the spindle is kept controlled by a 2,600 kcal/h heat dissipating chiller which flows at a rate of 25L/min to remove the heat from the spindle bearings.

Motion Control:

To ensure the best results, a good controller and software is required. The F3 and F5 utilize the Makino Pro 5 Controller with the GI.3 combined with Super Geometric Intelligence (SGI.4) software for fine motion control even at a high feedrate as a standard. This control technology is developed specifically for high feedrate, tight tolerance machining of complex, 3D-contoured shapes involving continuous tiny block of NC data.

Operating ease has been enhanced by adopting Windows-like display screens and a touch-panel.

A “data center function” is also provided as a standard feature for centralized management of various types of data. Improved network functionality makes it possible to transfer and edit files in a PC-like manner.
