3D CAD Mold Engineering
Our designers create single‑ and multi‑cavity layouts—including hot/cold runners, sliders, lifters, cooling lines, and ejection systems—engineered for longevity and consistent shot‑to‑shot quality.
Precision CAM Programming
Dedicated CAM specialists generate roughing‑to‑finishing tool paths matched to steel grade and geometry, ensuring efficient chip removal, tight tolerances, and extended cutter life.
High‑Speed CNC Milling
Advanced Makino machining centers deliver micron‑level accuracy and mirror‑finish surfaces on cores, cavities, mold bases, and inserts—reducing polishing and fitting time.
Advanced EDM Capabilities
Wire‑cut EDM produces intricate profiles and ejector‑pin holes. Sinker EDM helps achieve mirror finish (VDI 5) on the intricate surfaces of molds. It also helps create deep ribs, sharp corners, and features unreachable by cutters—perfect for complex components.
