Our cross‑functional teams – engineering, tooling, molding, and logistics collaborate internally, giving you complete transparency at each stage. Discovery & Feasibility
We begin with a detailed requirements call and DFM (Design for Manufacture) review. Our engineers assess part geometry, material options, annual volume, and compliance needs, then provide a transparent quote and timeline.
Tooling & Prototyping
Upon approval, our Makino‑equipped tool room designs and builds single or multi‑cavity molds to micron‑level tolerances. Samples from the Pilot mold are tested for fit, function, and safety until approved by the customer, after which the Industrial mold samples are produced.
Production & Process Validation
Industrial molds move to our 24/7 press floor, where Engel, Arburg, Toshiba, and Ferromatik Milacron machines run optimized cycles. Detailed first article inspections on the production floor itself ensure every shot meets dimensional and visual criteria.

Post‑Processing
Parts flow directly to in‑house assembly, ultrasonic welding, pad printing, or spray painting units as per the product’s requirement. These controlled environments add vibrant graphics and durable finishes without introducing external handling risks.
