Since our inception in 2003, iTech Plast has grown from a joint venture into one of India’s leading OEM toy manufacturers. With each passing year, we’ve invested in technology, talent, infrastructure, and global partnerships to deliver unmatched precision, scale, and trust.
Company Incorporated
iTech Plast India Pvt. Ltd. was founded as a joint venture with Meccanica RPC SRL (Italy), leveraging over six decades of expertise in plastic manufacturing. This marked the beginning of a journey to become one of India’s largest and most modern OEM toy manufacturers.
Commercial Production Began with 15,000 sq ft
We commenced commercial operations in a 15,000 sq ft facility. Our initial focus was on precision plastic injection molding, supported by a small but highly skilled team committed to delivering quality and reliability.
Facility Expansion of 20,000 sq ft
Driven by growing customer demand, we expanded our manufacturing footprint to 35,000 sq ft, enhancing our injection molding capabilities and streamlining post-molding processes to support greater volumes.
Toolroom Repair Shop Started (1,000 sq ft)
Recognizing the importance of in-house mold maintenance, we set up a dedicated toolroom repair shop. This move significantly reduced downtime and improved overall production efficiency.
Added another 20,000 sq ft of Manufacturing Capacity
With increased global demand, we added another 20,000 sq ft, introducing more injection molding machines and automation to support high-volume production and quicker delivery schedules.
Another 20,000 sq ft Expansion
We doubled down on our growth by adding yet another 20,000 sq ft, bringing advanced machinery and lean production systems to the floor. This laid the foundation for becoming a globally competitive toy manufacturer.
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Certification
We were certified for ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), formalizing our commitment to excellence in operations, sustainability, and employee welfare.
Disney FAMA and SMETA Certified
Our dedication to ethical practices and global standards was recognized through Disney FAMA approval and SMETA 4-pillar certification, affirming our position as a trusted partner for top international toy brands.
First Indian Toy Manufacturer Certified by BIS
We became the first Indian toy company to achieve BIS certification, highlighting our leadership in compliance, safety, and product reliability for domestic and international markets.
Complete Toolroom with Mold Manufacturing (6,000 sq ft)
We established a full-fledged in-house toolroom equipped with CNC milling, EDM, and CMM systems. This empowered us to offer complete mold design, development, and manufacturing solutions with precision and speed, enabling us to manufacture about 60 molds annually.
Added 20,000 sq ft Capacity and ICTI Certified
Our facility expanded again with 20,000 sq ft of new manufacturing space. We also received ICTI Ethical Toy Program certification, further reinforcing our ethical and sustainable manufacturing practices.
Walmart FCCA & SCS Approved, 25,000 sq ft Expansion
We secured Walmart’s FCCA and SCS approvals, validating our capabilities and compliance with global standards. With a total manufacturing capacity of more than 130,00 sq ft, our infrastructure now supports even larger volumes with increased efficiency and reliability.
